Lawn Care - Summer Job - Trimmer

looking for summer work. This Entry Level position is responsible for assisting with grounds maintenance services for residential, municipal, and commercial clients. This position focuses primarily on trimming , blowing, raking, cleanup, and general hands-on labor that supports the mowing crew and helps keep properties looking clean and professional. This is a great entry-level position for someone looking for seasonal summer work. Opportunity to grow into a larger role over time. Responsibilities Perform trimming around trees, buildings, fences, signs, flower beds, and other obstacles Use blowers to clean off sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other hard surfaces Assist with raking, debris cleanup, weed removal, and general landscape labor Support mowing crews by completing detail work and cleanup tasks on job sites Help with loading, unloading, and organizing tools and equipment Follow directions from the Crew Lead and work as part of a team to complete daily assignments Help maintain clean, organized trucks, trailers, and equipment Perform basic hand labor including lifting, carrying, dragging brush, and assisting with seasonal property maintenance tasks Qualifications No prior experience required, but lawn care or outdoor work experience is a plus Must be dependable and show up ready to work on time Must be highly reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance and performance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team and follow instructions Strong work ethic and attention to detail Strong ability to bend, squat, lift, rake, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods Ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of weather conditions Must be 16 Years or older Must have reliable transportation to and from work Must have a smartphone preferred Additional Information Finish Line Property Solutions is a drug-free workplace.
