Lawn Care Supervisor

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to lead our landscaping and lawn maintenance teams. Duties Supervise and coordinate lawn care, landscaping, gardening, and horticulture activities to ensure top-tier quality and timely completion. Oversee landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, pruning. Lead and motivate a team of technicians and crew members, providing guidance on best practices in lawn care, and general maintenance. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations, including the use of equipment and handling of tools. Schedule daily work assignments, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet project deadlines and client expectations. Conduct quality inspections to maintain high standards in landscaping aesthetics and functionality. Collaborate with clients or property managers to understand project needs and deliver customized outdoor solutions. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture or related fields with a strong background in lawn care and landscaping. Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, construction processes, and general outdoor maintenance. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects efficiently. Familiarity with safety regulations related to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan schedules effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, or vendors.
