Lawn Care Technician

THE OPPORTUNITY

Join a growing lawn care team serving Little Rock and surrounding communities . This position focuses primarily on professional lawn treatment and customer service, with opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate. This role offers $17-$22 per hour depending on experience , with opportunities to increase earnings through commission. Technicians operate company vehicles, service established routes, and help maintain healthy lawns through expert treatment and customer education.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lawn Care Service (Primary Role) Apply lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest management Follow daily service routes and schedules Maintain company vehicle and equipment Document services and customer notes using company systems Educate customers on lawn health and seasonal treatments Customer Support & Service Recommendations (Secondary Role) Answer homeowner questions about lawn health Identify lawn issues and recommend solutions when appropriate Communicate treatment plans and next service steps Maintain positive relationships with customers in your service area

REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license required Must pass background check and drug test Must pass MVR check Saturday availability may be required depending on seasonality Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and attention to detail

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Arkansas Pesticide Applicator / Agent License (highly preferred) Lawn care or landscaping experience Knowledge of fertilization, weeds, or pest control Customer service experience

LOCATION

This position will be based out of our Jacksonville, Arkansas office and will service lawns across Central Arkansas .
