Lawn Care Worker

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves working outdoors, utilizing various tools and equipment to provide exceptional lawn care services to our clients. If you enjoy working with your hands and have a keen eye for detail, this position is perfect for you. Prior experince is necessary. Must be able to pass random drug testing. Duties Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to ensure well-kept lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching. Dig and prepare soil for planting new grass or garden beds. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and basic mechanical repairs as necessary. Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects efficiently. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues that may require attention or treatment. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruners. Experience with power tools including lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment. Knowledge of lawn care best practices including fertilization, aeration, and pest control. Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
