Lawn Care Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This role involves various tasks related to groundskeeping, including mowing, tree trimming, and garden maintenance. The Lawn Care Specialist will work outdoors in diverse weather conditions and must be comfortable using both hand and power tools. Duties Perform regular mowing of lawns to ensure a neat appearance. Execute tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and aesthetics. Maintain gardens by planting, weeding, and watering as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Dig and prepare soil for planting new trees or shrubs. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in good working order. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to lawn care tasks. Knowledge of basic groundskeeping practices, including plant care and maintenance. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
