Lawn Technician

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Technician, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes through expert lawn care, landscaping, and pest control services. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing your skills in farming, agriculture, and the use of various tools and machinery. As a key contributor to our team, you'll ensure that clients' properties are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained, delivering exceptional service with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Perform lawn care tasks including fertilizing, tree and shrub care, mosquito treatments, and bed weed control. to create pristine outdoor spaces. Conduct pest control treatments to protect lawns from insects and other pests using appropriate methods and safety protocols. Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment efficiently to complete daily tasks. Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards. Follow safety procedures diligently during all operations to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and colleagues. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations for lawn and landscape improvements. Skills Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, pest control methods, landscaping practices, and agricultural principles. Experience operating hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between job sites. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks. Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members. Basic understanding of sales techniques to promote additional services when appropriate (nice-to-have). Familiarity with farming or agricultural practices is advantageous but not required; training will be provided as needed.
