• Full-time We are seeking a Lawn & Landscape Applicator to join our growing team.

As an employee of our plant healthcare and maintenance division, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and beauty of turf grass in residential, commercial and sports fields as well as control of unwanted weeds.

Job Duties:

Accurate Application:

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides according to label instructions and safety regulations.

Equipment Operation:

Operate and maintain various application equipment such as sprayers, spreaders, aerators as necessary.

Ensure Quality and Customer Satisfaction:

Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide outstanding customer service. Turf grass

Knowledge:

Diagnose turf grass problems (insects/disease/weeds) and recommend or take appropriate action to remedy issues.

Record Keeping:

Ensure accurate recording of applications including dates, times, materials used, rates, and areas treated.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety regulations related to chemical handling, application, and use of personal protective equipment.

Brand Ambassador:

Uphold our commitment to superior quality and customer service, reinforcing our brand promise and delivering excellent results. A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Ideal Candidate:

Valid driver's license required Ability to work Monday

• Friday from 7:00am to 4:30pm At least 2 years of professional lawn and landscape experience Valid pesticide applicator's license required (or ability to obtain one) Previous application experience heavily preferred Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Exceptional organizational and strong time management skills Physically able to lift and carry up to 75lbs repeatedly Ability to largely work independently and as part of a team
