• Full-time, Contract A leading industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Commodity Manager to support procurement and sourcing initiatives across multiple manufacturing programs.

This individual will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive sourcing strategy, supplier performance, procurement execution, and continuous improvement efforts. This is a highly visible role supporting supplier management, procurement project coordination, tariff mitigation, and sourcing execution within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead procurement and sourcing projects across multiple product lines Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines and business objectives Support RFQs, supplier communications, onboarding, and sourcing activities Drive supplier performance related to quality, delivery, productivity, and risk mitigation Monitor project status, resolve roadblocks, and escalate issues when needed Support tariff mitigation and total cost reduction initiatives Assist with supplier qualification and sourcing strategy execution Work closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams Utilize ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP for procurement activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field 2+ years of procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or project coordination experience Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred Strong supplier/vendor communication experience Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems Knowledge of sourcing strategy, supplier management, and procurement processes Strong organizational and project management skills Preferred Experience Global procurement or commodity management Tariff mitigation and supplier risk management RFQ ownership and supplier negotiations Continuous improvement or cost reduction initiatives #GRPB This message is intended only for the designated recipient(s).
