Lawn Maintenance Crew Member / Miembro del equipo de mantenimiento del césped

We're looking for reliable, hard-working team players with experience in lawn and landscape maintenance to help service residential and commercial properties. You'll be trimming, edging, blowing, mowing and helping with seasonal cleanups and landscape improvements. We work outdoors in all kinds of weather and use commercial equipment— showing up on time, ready to move, and focused on safety is essential. During the winter months, we also offer snow removal work to keep part of our team employed year-round. At our company, we take pride not only in the work we do, but in how we do it—together. • Starting pay: $19/hr (higher depending on experience)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers safely and professionally is a plus ; familiarity with Exmark equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities Deliver full-service lawn and landscape maintenance as part of a team on a recurring weekly schedule. Operate commercial mowing equipment safely and effectively, following proper operational and handling procedures. Use handheld line trimmers and edgers to maintain turf in areas inaccessible to mowing equipment, such as around buildings, sidewalks, curbs, and other obstacles. Perform post-service cleanup using backpack blowers to remove grass clippings and organic debris from paved and landscaped areas. Carry out seasonal services including spring and fall cleanups:

• Use Backpack blowers to consolidate leaf debris.
• Rake sticks and leaves as needed
• Cut perennial plants and gasses in landscape beds.

Endure outdoor working conditions during peak-season heat while operating equipment weighing 15+ pounds at chest height for extended periods.

Winter Work Opportunities:

To provide year-round employment, we offer snow and ice management services during the winter months for commercial clients.
