In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various vehicles and equipment to deliver exceptional lawn care and landscape maintenance services. Your energetic approach will ensure that clients' outdoor spaces are beautifully maintained, healthy, and inviting. Responsibilities Safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment such as excavators, mowers, and power tools to perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks. Transport landscaping materials, tools, and equipment to job sites efficiently and securely. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and optimal operation. Execute lawn mowing, edging, trimming, tree care including pruning and trimming, irrigation system installation and repair, and snow plowing during winter months. Assist with landscape projects involving hardscape installation, gardening, horticulture tasks, and general site cleanup. Use hand tools and power tools skillfully for planting, pruning, digging, and other landscaping activities. Follow safety protocols at all times while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating lawn care machinery and power tools. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields such as gardening or horticulture. Ability to operate heavy equipment including excavators or similar construction machinery is a plus. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care (trimming and pruning), snow plowing techniques, and hardscape installation is desirable. Familiarity with landscaping techniques including mowing, planting, garden design, and general site maintenance. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to vehicle operation and outdoor work environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
