Lawn Maintenance Estimator & Operations Manager

We are a highly respected and growing lawn maintenance & landscaping company committed to delivering high quality service, reliable scheduling, and exceptional customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated & detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Lawn Maintenance Estimator & Operations Manager. This is a full-time, year-round position for a professional with strong leadership & estimating experience in the landscaping industry.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates for lawn maintenance & landscaping services. Manager & oversee lawn care crews to ensure quality & efficiency. Schedule jobs & coordinate daily operations. Communicate with clients & maintain strong customer relations. Monitor job costs, materials & labor. Ensure all work meets company standards & safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in lawn maintenance estimating & crew management. Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, equipment and materials. Experience with snow plowing & winter services (REQUIRED). Valid driver's license. Strong organizational skills & communication skills. Ability to adapt & work in a fast paced, outdoor environment. 24/7 availability for the snow season required. Candidates should understand and be able to negotiate current landscape industry software products.
