Responsibilities Precision Maintenance:

Perform professional mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to keep our clients' properties pristine.

Equipment Mastery:

Safely operate and help maintain a fleet of modern equipment (zero-turns, trimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters).

Landscape Care:

Execute planting, pruning, and shrubbery care to promote healthy, vibrant growth.

Project Support:

Assist with irrigation repairs and landscaping projects, including soil prep and Bed Enhancements.

Winter Operations:

Support our snow plowing and removal efforts during the winter months (sub-contracted ).

Experience & Requirements Experience:

Previous lawn care or landscape maintenance experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a "can-do" attitude.

Mechanical Aptitude:

A basic understanding of construction, tree care, or small engine maintenance is highly advantageous.

Reliability:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and a commitment to showing up for your crew every day.

Physical Stamina:
