The mowing specialist's responsibilities include maintaining the yards of residential and commercial clients, mowing, trimming and edging lawns and ensuring that green spaces look beautiful. This role requires a detail-oriented and technical individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving along with strong customer service

Key Responsibilities :

Lawn care: Mowing grass, trimming, edging lawn, blowing and cleaning debris from all areas Equipment operation: Using outdoor power equipment like ZTR/Push mowers, grass trimmers, edger's and leaf blowers

Transportation:

Driving a work truck to job sites and supplier locations, and loading and unloading tools Maintaining the aesthetic appeal of clients' gardens, yards, and outdoor areas.

Snow and ice removal:

Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, doorway, and driveways Mowing specialists may work outdoors in all weather conditions and may need to be physically fit enough to walk long distances, bend, lift heavy equipment, and work outdoors. Perform routine preventative maintenance on mowing equipment, oil changes, greasing, washing, cleaning air filters and sharpening blades

Qualifications :

Self motivated and driven mindset Able to work in a fast pace environment 2+ years of experience in the green industry Valid DL Ability to obtain a DOT certification

Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of mowing. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
