Lawn Mower Operator

Lawn Maintenance Technician - Wisconsin Dells Area Scapeland is looking for a reliable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Technician to service commercial properties in the Wisconsin Dells area. This position involves independently maintaining multiple commercial sites while ensuring properties consistently meet high-quality standards. Will be using a new stand-on mower, and will work independently maintaining three large apartment complexes.

Responsibilities:

Mowing commercial properties efficiently and professionally Weed whipping/string trimming around buildings, trees, curbs, and obstacles Maintaining clean and professional-looking sites at all times Driving company vehicles and trailers safely between 3 commercial properties Performing daily maintenance and upkeep on mowing equipment Monitoring equipment condition and reporting any repairs or issues Following schedules and completing work in a timely manner Maintaining a strong attention to detail and quality standards

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to operate commercial mowing equipment safely Comfortable driving trucks and trailers between job sites Ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Prior landscaping or lawn maintenance experience preferred, but not required

Pay:

$22.00 - $29.00 per hour
