>. We specialize in selling large agricultural equipment, providing parts, and delivering high-quality service to our valued customers through the latest technology and expert technicians. We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Mower Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, electrical knowledge, and experience with equipment repair to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Diagnose issues with lawn mowers, including engine problems, electrical faults, and mechanical failures Perform repairs using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to restore equipment to working condition Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, blade sharpening, and part replacements Interpret schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex systems Test repaired equipment to ensure proper operation and safety standards are met Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair progress effectively to customers Assist in inventory management of parts and tools necessary for repairs Proven experience as a service technician or mechanic, preferably with dealership or outdoor power equipment experience Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in electrical systems, schematics, and diesel engine repair Experience working with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques Knowledge of automotive repair principles applicable to small engines and outdoor machinery Ability to lift heavy equipment safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly Familiarity with Caterpillar or similar heavy machinery brands is a plus Additional skills such as sales experience or experience with generator repair are advantageous If you are passionate about outdoor equipment repair and eager to contribute your technical expertise within a dynamic team environment, we encourage you to apply today. $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
