Duties Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and landscapes efficiently. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and pest control treatments to promote healthy growth and protect against pests. Assist with planting, pruning, fertilizing, aerating, and other landscaping tasks to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Drive company vehicles safely to various job sites while adhering to all safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning and safety standards are met. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and uphold high-quality standards. Maintain detailed records of work performed, treatments applied, and equipment used for each job site. Requirements Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscaping, farming or agriculture is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools such as trimmers, shovels, rakes as well as power tools like mowers and blowers confidently. Experience with farm machinery or similar equipment is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle operation. Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions throughout the day. Basic understanding of pest control procedures and safety protocols. Willingness to learn new skills related to lawn maintenance and landscaping techniques.
