Lawn, Tree and Shrub Chemical Applicator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated, self motivated, accountable, and skilled Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various treatments and solutions to ensure the health and aesthetics of landscapes, lawns, and agricultural areas. This role requires a strong understanding of pest control, lawn care, and the use of machinery and power tools. As a team player and participant you will be asked to perform other unspecified tasks as required during the course of any given season. Duties Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to safety guidelines and regulations. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Operate machinery as needed for application processes or other unspecified tasks . Conduct routine inspections of treated areas to monitor effectiveness and identify any issues. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on lawn care and pest management. Maintain accurate records of applications performed, including products used and areas treated. Drive to various job sites safely and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Requirements Experience in all aspects of lawn care is required. You must have a current registered 3A / 3B License for the sate of Indiana. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery is essential. Strong sales skills are a plus for promoting services to clients. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
