Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role involves maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes, as well as performing snow plowing duties during winter months. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing lawns. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects. Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Assist in groundskeeping activities to enhance the aesthetic appeal of properties. Maintain equipment by performing routine checks and basic mechanical repairs as needed. Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials. Requirements Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate both hand tools and power tools safely. Familiarity with groundskeeping practices and techniques. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods. A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
