Your hands-on work will involve using various tools and equipment to maintain and enhance landscape features, fostering a sense of pride in every finished space. Duties Prepare flowerbeds by clearing debris, weeds, and old plant material to create a fresh planting environment Plant, prune, mulch, and fertilize flowers and shrubs to promote healthy growth and vibrant displays Use hand tools and power tools such as shovels, rakes, trimmers, and edging equipment to shape landscape features Perform landscape maintenance tasks including trimming hedges, and removing dead or overgrown foliage and weeds Support hardscape projects by preparing beds for pavers or stonework as needed Skills Experience with landscape maintenance techniques such as pruning and weeding Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely for various landscaping tasks Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
