Lawncare Maintenance Worker

We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Lawn Maintenance Supervisor to lead and work alongside our lawn care crews servicing residential and commercial properties. This position is ideal for someone with prior lawn care and landscaping experience who can supervise daily operations, ensure quality work, and maintain professional job sites. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, capable of operating lawn equipment, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Responsibilities Supervise and assist lawn maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties to company standards Perform landscaping duties including weeding, planting, mulching, and cleanup Operate equipment such as: Zero-turn mowers Weed eaters/trimmers Edgers Blowers Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Monitor equipment use and report maintenance needs Communicate professionally with team members and customers Qualifications Prior lawn care or landscaping experience required Previous crew lead or supervisory experience preferred Experience operating commercial lawn equipment Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Strong work ethic and leadership skills Ability to perform physical outdoor work for extended periods Must be dependable and punctual Schedule Monday-Friday Some Saturday work may be required
