Length of Work Year 210 Days Employment Type Full Time Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of the superintendent, the principal provides the leadership necessary to achieve a high quality instructional program within a safe, positive and nurturing environment. The school principal is a member of the District's administrative team and offers advice and support to the superintendent. The principal represents the school to the community and works closely with staff, parents and students to achieve the district's mission. Laytonville Elementary has an enrollment of approximately 215 students in grades TK-5th. We value our small town setting, where staff are closely entwined within the community, working together to provide a variety of services that create a learning environment our students deserve.
