Job Description

DUTIES
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals seeking behavioral health services
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on individual needs and goals
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Utilize coding systems such as ICD-10 and ICD-9 for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
  • Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
  • Provide case management services to assist individuals in accessing necessary resources and support
REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid license as a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist(LCAS) and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker(LCSW) and/or Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician(LCMHC)
  • Experience in behavioral health specifically substance use disorders.
  • Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with medical documentation standards and coding systems (ICD-10, ICD-9)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Willing to train someone with provisional license.
