Full Job Description Duties:
Supports the LDLC Office Lead in the day-to-day operations of the LDLC and all its early childhood education programs Assist the LDLC Office Lead with accounting, billing, deposits, and collections for all tuition paid programs which includes DHS biweekly billing Complete all office administration duties, including all required paperwork and data entry, maintaining and ordering all supplies, and conducting all office communication responsibilities with parents and the community Any and all other duties assigned by the
LDLC Office Lead Required:
At least 2+ years of experience in Secretarial/Administrative Experience At least 2+ years of Customer Service Experience Advanced Secretarial and Communication Skills Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience Accounting & Billing Experience Preferred CPR and First Aid certified with training in pediatric emergency care Childcare Software Experience Ability to manage conflict in the workplace effectively and professionally Ability to multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner Ability to maintain positive and proactive relationships with parents and staff Flexible, energetic, and ability to resolve conflicts and issues
