Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, skilled Team Lead / Foreman who can take ownership of projects, maintain clean and safe work environments, communicate professionally with clients, and support efficient job flow. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, solve problems on the fly, and represent the company with pride.

Work Schedule & Hours:

This position starts as part‑time with the potential to grow into full‑time as our project load continues to increase. We operate on a job‑based schedule — meaning hours are tied to active projects — and we stay as consistent as possible week to week. This role is ideal for someone who wants steady work with a growing company and is open to building toward a full‑time leadership position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day‑to‑day operations on residential remodel projects
• Set up and break down jobsites with proper protection and cleanliness
• Perform carpentry, tile work, framing, drywall, and general remodeling tasks
• Communicate clearly with clients and the owner
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Maintain tools, materials, and jobsite organization
• Assist with planning, measurements, and material lists

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in residential remodeling or carpentry
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Must be punctual, dependable, and solution‑oriented

Pay:

$18+ per hour depending on experience and fit (Most experienced candidates earn $20
