This role plays a key hands-on role in the design, development, and optimization of enterprise financial models and planning processes. Initially, this individual will partner closely with FP&A leadership and our implementation partner during the early stages of our EPM implementation. Over time, this role will help enhance modeling standards, improve forecasting capabilities, and support scalable, data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position combines strong financial modeling expertise, FP&A knowledge, systems aptitude, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will do:
Financial Modeling & Planning Design, build, and maintain complex, multi-year financial models across channels, products, and business units. Support long-range planning (LRP), annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis. Develop and refine driver-based and predictive modeling approaches. Ensure consistency, transparency, and documentation of key assumptions and methodologies. Translate business strategies and initiatives into actionable financial insights. EPM (Pigment) Development & Support Contribute to the design, build, and ongoing enhancement of Pigment applications. Partner with FP&A, IT, and implementation teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Support integration efforts with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), HCM (Workday), and data platforms. Help maintain data integrity, model accuracy, and system documentation. Identify opportunities to improve automation, usability, and performance within the EPM environment. Modeling Standards & Continuous Improvement Help establish and promote best practices in financial modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting. Drive improvements in model efficiency, scalability, and auditability. Contribute to the development of standardized frameworks and templates. Support ongoing enhancement of planning processes and tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Strategy, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams to align models with business drivers. Gather and translate business requirements into modeling and system enhancements. Support alignment toward a consistent, enterprise-wide view of financial data. Insights & Communication Generate insights from financial models to support decision-making. Communicate complex analyses clearly to finance and business stakeholders. Support leadership with scenario analysis and financial impact assessments.What you will bring:
Qualifications- Required 6-10+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, financial modeling, or financial systems.
- Preferred Experience supporting or participating in an FP&A or EPM implementation.

- $173,625.
