If you're passionate about helping patients regain confidence, communication, and independence—you'll feel right at home here. Every visit is meaningful. Every patient interaction matters. What You'll Be Doing As a valued SLP on our team, you will: Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders (dysphagia) Develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that restore communication and swallowing abilities Support patients in regaining confidence through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care Teach communication strategies including speech exercises, voice improvement, and alternative communication methods Educate patients and families on safe swallowing techniques and communication strategies Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Complete a minimum of 15 visits per week , with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you Why You'll Love This Role Flexible part-time schedule with consistent visit expectations Opportunity to truly make an impact in patients' daily lives Collaborative, supportive clinical environment Autonomy in how you deliver high-quality care Meaningful work that brings communication back to those who need it most You're a
Great Fit If You Are:
A licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Passionate about patient-centered care Comfortable managing a consistent caseload of 15+ visits weekly Strong communicator and collaborative team player Motivated by helping patients regain independence and quality of life Requirements Valid Speech Language Pathologist License 1 year of rehab experience preferred CPR certification Valid Driver's License Valid Auto Insurance Long Term Care experience preferred Vital-Stim certification preferred HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred Physical Demands Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods. Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 100 lbs.. Eligible to participate in the 401K with up to 3% match
