We are looking for a Lead Technician who knows their way around a schematic and wants to be treated like a pro.

THE PAY & PERKS

Total Compensation:

$58,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Master Diagnostics:

Troubleshoot and repair the "Big 8" (Washers, Dryers, Fridges, Ranges, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Compactors, and Disposals).

Tech-Forward Service:

Use your company iPad for routing, schematics, and ordering parts on the fly.

Customer Hero:

Provide accurate estimates and "White Glove" service in customers' homes. Lead the

Way:

Work independently but act as a technical anchor for the team.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Proven Experience:

You've done in-home appliance repair professionally. You know your way around a multimeter and a schematic.

Electrical Knowledge:

You understand basic electrical principles and safe diagnostic practices.

Physical Grit:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and 100 lbs occasionally).

Clean Record:

Must be 18+ with a valid Driver's License and an insurable driving record. The "Maine"

Vibe:

You're polite, professional, and actually enjoy helping people.

THE SCHEDULE

Flexible weekday hours.

Saturday Rotation:

Only during peak seasons, and we pay a Bonus for these shifts.
