Lead Automotive Technician

Mill Street Tire is actively seeking an experienced Mechanic to add to our team.

Responsibilities include:

Accurately diagnosing customer concerns. Experience with Autel or other diagnostic software a

MUST. ASE

Certification a plus. Performing oil changes, replacing brakes, COMPLETING

COMPUTERIZED

ALIGNMENTS, repairing suspension components, and installing leveling and lift kits. Experience with specialty alignments, including lifted trucks, classic cars and using customer spec alignments needed. Responsibilities also include providing parts and labor estimates. We service ALL makes and models including EVs. Experience with European, Asian & Domestic vehicles a MUST. We offer monthly continuing education classes. SATURDAYS/SUNDAYS OFF

Our hourly rate is commensurate with experience and includes guaranteed weekly overtime, typically 7.5 hours per week. In addition, we provide a lucrative commission structure on parts, labor and individual jobs. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:30. CLOSED weekends We also provide 2.5 hours of paid lunch per week. - Snap-On comes every Friday. Position subject to drug testing. Reliable transportation mandatory
