About Us BrightStar Care of Mount Laurel is a licensed home care agency in New Jersey dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking dedicated and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and deliver skilled nursing services to our clients. Responsibilities of Home Care Registered Nurse Provide skilled nursing care to home care clients in accordance with the plan of care. Perform assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed. Educate clients and family members on health management, medication administration, and safety in the home. Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and the care team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation. Respond to client needs and emergencies promptly and professionally What we offer Competitive hourly pay: $44 to $46 per hour, depending on experience.

Flexible shifts:

Day, evening, overnight, and weekend options available. Weekly pay. Supportive work environment and dedicated office staff. Over 95% of BrightStar locations are Joint Commission accredited or in process. Requirements Active New Jersey RN license in good standing. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care or acute care preferred). Current CPR certification. Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass background and criminal checks
