Lead Bartender

We are seeking an experienced and creative Lead Bartender to oversee and help grow our bar program at a high-volume fine dining steakhouse. This role is ideal for someone with strong cocktail knowledge, leadership ability, and a passion for hospitality who can create a memorable bar experience while developing seasonal and specialty cocktails. The ideal candidate is both a strong service professional and a creative contributor who can elevate the beverage program while maintaining efficiency and consistency during service.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily bar operations in a fast-paced fine dining environment Develop and execute seasonal and specialty cocktail menus Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation standards for all beverages Manage bar prep, inventory, ordering, and organization Train and mentor bartenders and support staff Provide knowledgeable and engaging guest service Maintain strong understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails Collaborate with management on beverage costing, menu development, and promotions Ensure compliance with sanitation and alcohol service standards

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting Strong cocktail creation and mixology skills Leadership experience preferred Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, and beverage pairings Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
