With a strong focus on hospitality, quality service, and community, we're looking for a skilled and reliable Lead Bartender to help elevate our bar program and lead our weekend closing shifts.

Position Overview:

The Lead Bartender will be responsible for overseeing bar operations during peak weekend hours, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining efficiency behind the bar, and closing down operations smoothly and accurately. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in both craft and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage bar operations during weekend closing shifts Provide outstanding, guest-focused service with a friendly and professional demeanor Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the bar area at all times Accurately handle cash, POS transactions, and nightly reconciliation Execute proper closing procedures including inventory checks, cleaning, and secure shutdown Support and guide other bar staff as needed to ensure smooth service flow Assist in maintaining bar inventory, restocking, and ordering needs Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance standards

Qualifications:

2+ years of bartending experience (lead or supervisory experience preferred) Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must be available to work weekends, including late-night closing shifts TIPS or equivalent certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
