Job Summary We are looking for passionate and skilled Sous Chefs and Line Cooks to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our kitchen operations, crafting delicious dishes and ensuring every plate meets our high standards. Whether you're managing a busy line or supporting banquet services, your culinary expertise will help deliver memorable dining experiences. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, following established recipes and presentation standards. Oversee food production during service periods, ensuring timely delivery of quality dishes. Assist in supervising kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain smooth operations. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, rotating supplies, and reporting shortages or issues. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. Support catering and banquet events by coordinating food preparation and presentation efforts. Contribute to menu planning and development in collaboration with the culinary team to enhance offerings. Skills Proven experience in fine dining kitchens, catering, or restaurant environments with strong culinary skills. Supervising experience or team management skills are highly desirable. Knowledge of dietary requirements, food safety standards, and inventory management practices. Expertise in food handling, preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Experience with food service management, including shift management and restaurant operations. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively. Familiarity with banquet service, food production for large groups, and hospitality industry standards.
