• Freelance Job Overview We are seeking a talented and professional NJ Certified and Documented Piercer with a 1000 hour apprenticeship completed to join our Team.

The ideal candidate will possess a 1000 hour Apprenticeship documentation and all nesicary Documentation to be a Lead Piercer at our licensed facility. 1 year plus experience preferably with a passion for enhancing clients' beauty through advanced piercing and ear curation techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing personalized piercing appointments that combine artistry with technical expertise. The Piercer will deliver services such as Ear and Body Piercing, Curation and other enhancements, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and safety. Duties Manage client consultations to assess needs, explain procedures, and recommend suitable treatments. Perform piercing procedures including lobes, helix, daith, Lip, Eyebrow, navel and other body piercings with precision and artistry. Maintain detailed records of treatments using salon software such as Jotform & Square. Promote services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments at the front desk, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Uphold sanitation standards rigorously to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Assist with retail sales of Jewlery, aftercare, and treatment packages while upselling relevant services. Keep current with industry trends in piercing. curation and other techniques to continually enhance skill set. Qualifications Valid Apprenticeship documentation with experience in tattooing shop necessary . Familiarity with software such as square is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of social media management for marketing purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about procedures and aftercare. Experience with all treatments offered Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance. Knowledge and certification of sanitation protocols specific to piercing procedures. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
