Develop and execute Reimbursement Policy that dictates partial funding. Responsible for formulating, justifying and executing major programs/segments of the budget. Allocate funds to individual organizations/programs based on an analysis of budget estimates. Monitor monthly obligations, expenditures, and work-year limitations. Analyze and interpret budgetary policies and guidance from higher headquarters in formulation, development and execution. Prepare reports and maintains records of work accomplishments and administrative information. Analyze the impact of new or revised legislation, policies, and procedures on assigned programs or funds. Specialized Experience:

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-12. Grade Requirement:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent GS-12.
