Requirements:

Prior carpentry/remodeling experience required Must be registered as a subcontractor with the State of Minnesota Must carry current liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance Must provide own tools and reliable transportation Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Drug-free workplace Strong work ethic and professionalism required

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to read plans and follow scopes of work Strong attention to detail and finish quality Good communication and time management skills Experience working directly with homeowners and contractors
