Overnight PCA/CNA

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Overnight Nursing Aide to join our team at Rosewood Senior Living. As a Nursing Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our patients during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff. Assist with turning and repositioning patients to prevent bedsores. Help patients with mobility by using assistive devices or providing support during walking. Perform routine tasks such as changing bed linens and maintaining a clean and organized patient environment. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients during the overnight hours. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
