As Lead Carpenter, you are the standard-bearer on every job site. You'll oversee projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough — interpreting architectural plans, managing material procurement, directing and mentoring crew members, interfacing directly with discerning clients, and ensuring that every joint, every reveal, and every finish detail reflects the quality our reputation is built on. You lead not just by authority, but by example.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily job site operations, scheduling, and crew performance Perform and oversee complex framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, and custom millwork Procurement of materials Communicate professionally with clients, architects, and subcontractors Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and organization to the highest standard Troubleshoot problems in the field and make sound decisions independently

What We Require:

8+ years of carpentry experience with a strong focus on high-end residential remodeling and light commercial projects Demonstrated experience leading crews and running jobs independently Exceptional finish carpentry skills — you measure twice and still double-check Professional appearance and confident, respectful client communication Valid driver's license with clean driving record Full complement of professional-grade personal tools Background check required — no exceptions
