Lead Carpenter

Lead Carpenter Responsibilities Performing all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish residential carpentry. Creating and adjusting project schedules accordingly Maintaining accurate records of all work done by the project team Assigning and explaining tasks to the project team Supervising the company's field carpenters, unskilled and semi-skilled workers, and subcontractors Communicating with clients in order to determine the time frames within which projects should be completed Identify and order all materials needed according to project plans and specifications Perform other duties as assigned

Lead Carpenter Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Proven experience in residential remodeling or construction Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures The ability to safely operate power tools The ability to read blueprints Strong work ethic and an ability to problem solve Excellent time management skills Effective communication skills Strong leadership skills Dependable Additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests may be required

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
