Lead Carpenter / Project Manager High-End Residential Remodeling

Established high-end residential remodeling company seeking an experienced construction professional to manage our in-house carpentry team and oversee subcontractors on multiple remodeling projects. Residential remodeling experience & Strong leadership and organizational skills required Responsibilities include: Lead and coordinate a team of 9 carpenters Manage subcontractors and daily jobsite operations Keep projects supplied, organized, on schedule and moving efficiently Maintain high-quality workmanship and professionalism Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and project staff

Ability to manage multiple projects and crews Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Professional appearance and communication skills Competitive pay based on experience.
