The Opportunity:

To play a key position on our team primarily as a Carpenter/Carpenter Apprentice. The position has a critical role in the achievement of the company's goals primarily customer service, satisfaction, and quality, as well as assisting with an increased company profit.

Overall Responsibilities:

The Carpenter's Apprentice will work closely with another Lead Carpenter to work with our clients, the other production workers, our vendors, and subcontractors as well as the office staff and sales reps to make sure that job sites run efficiently and within budget. The Carpenter's Apprentice is responsible for helping the Carpenter with any of the scheduling and coordinating the delivery of materials, the scheduling of subcontractors and production workers, and communicating this with both the office staff as well as the clients. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean worksite and providing great workmanship with the tasks they have been given. The Carpenter's Apprentice is ultimately responsible for learning and developing the skill set to provide great workmanship and provide a diverse range of services as well as learn project planning and management.
