The Lead Casino Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing all casino floor operations during assigned shifts while ensuring exceptional guest service, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. This position serves as the primary on-duty leader of the casino floor and provides direct supervision, leadership, and development of Casino Shift Managers and Casino Housekeeping staff. The Lead Casino Shift Manager acts as a key liaison between executive leadership and frontline operations, ensuring that organizational goals, policies, and service standards are consistently executed. This role is critical in maintaining a safe, compliant, and high-performing gaming environment in accordance with Tribal Gaming Regulations, internal controls, and applicable federal and state laws.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Oversee all day-to-day casino floor operations and guest service areas during assigned shifts. Serve as the highest-ranking operations leader on duty in the absence of executive leadership. Ensure smooth coordination between departments. Monitor gaming activity, floor performance, and staffing levels to optimize efficiency and guest experience. Respond to and resolve escalated guest concerns, disputes, and service recovery situations. Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management of Casino Shift Managers and Casino Housekeeping staff. Establish clear expectations and ensure consistent enforcement of policies and procedures. Lead shift briefings and communicate key operational priorities, promotions, and updates. Participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations of shift management staff. Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and guest-focused service. Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and team members. Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Security and leadership as needed. Actively engage with guests and VIP players to enhance relationships and loyalty. Monitor service delivery and take corrective action when standards are not met. Enforce adherence to all gaming policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure proper handling of gaming assets and adherence to cash control procedures. Monitor for suspicious activity and ensure proper reporting in accordance with Bank Secrecy Act / Title 31 requirements. Partner with Surveillance and Security to maintain integrity of gaming operations. Ensure proper documentation and incident reporting. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or four to six years related experience and/or training specifically related to the Casino Industry; or an equivalent of education and experience related to the Casino Industry. 2. Three or more year's supervisory experience. 3. Strong knowledge of casino operations including Slots, Table Games, and player services 4. Computer experience. 5. Working knowledge of Tribal Gaming regulations, internal controls, and compliance standards 6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments 7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 8. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure. 9. Required to pass and maintain the following training/certifications within a year of hire: CPR/AED Certification, Craps, Roulette, Blackjack, Pit Supervisory, and Title 31. 10. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age or older. 11. Preference given to qualified Menominee or other Native American applicants.CRIMINAL BACKGROUND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

A crime of any kind related to gambling in the immediately preceding two years. A crime of any kind related to theft, fraud, or misrepresentation in the immediately preceding two years. A crime of any kind related to a crime of violence, or involving domestic violence, or a drug offense involving sale of drugs, or possession with intent to sell drugs during the immediately preceding two years.
