Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Ceramic Coating / Paint Correction Technician to elevate our vehicle finishing team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the application of high-quality ceramic coatings and perform expert paint correction to restore and enhance vehicle appearances. Your technical expertise, mechanical aptitude, and leadership skills will drive excellence in every project, ensuring our customers receive top-tier results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge automotive finishing techniques in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Lead the application of ceramic coatings, ensuring precise coverage and durability standards are met or exceeded Perform comprehensive paint correction procedures, including polishing, buffing, and defect removal to achieve flawless finishes Supervise and mentor team members in proper use of hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify finish consistency and adherence to specifications Handle materials safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles Skills Extensive experience with ceramic coating application and paint correction techniques Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive finishing processes and equipment operation Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools Knowledge of materials handling procedures Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and basic math for quality assessments Understanding of lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow efficiency Prior experience in painting or automotive finishing Join us as a Lead Ceramic Coating / Paint Correction Technician where your expertise will shape the future of vehicle aesthetics!
