Duties Lead the application of ceramic coatings, ensuring precise coverage and durability standards are met or exceeded Perform comprehensive paint correction procedures, including polishing, buffing, and defect removal to achieve flawless finishes Supervise and mentor team members in proper use of hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments to verify finish consistency and adherence to specifications Handle materials safely and efficiently.
