This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing residential construction and remodeling projects from start to finish. Seeking someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day operations on construction and remodeling job sites Supervise, mentor, and coordinate crew members to ensure efficient workflow Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors on projects Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Ensure all work is completed to code, on schedule and within budget Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations Communicate project status, issues, and updates to management and clients Manage material ordering, deliveries, and on-site inventory Troubleshoot and resolve field challenges to keep projects on track Maintain accurate project documentation including daily logs and progress reports Requirements & Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling (required) Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role on construction projects Strong working knowledge of residential construction methods Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Solid understanding of building codes, permits, and safety regulations Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred but not required Benefits & Compensation Paid Holidays Paid Time Off 401K Benefits Additional Details
