Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Position Overview Sunny Days Adult Daily Living Center is seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager / Program Specialist to oversee community-based residential programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. This position requires advanced knowledge of Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) Chapter 6400 regulations and hands-on experience managing residential programs in a highly regulated environment. This is not an entry-level role.

The standard scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, this role requires flexibility and availability outside of scheduled hours. The selected candidate must be able and willing to provide coverage for call-offs and short staffing when a House Manager is not available, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays. While this does not occur frequently, the ability to provide coverage when needed is a required function of this position. Candidates who are unable to meet this availability requirement need not apply. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of assigned residential homes. Ensure full compliance with ODP Chapter 6400 and HCBS Waiver requirements. Conduct site visits, inspections, and documentation reviews. Support and monitor Individual Support Plan (ISP) implementation. Supervise and support Residential Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and performance management. Review incident reports and coordinate corrective actions. Serve as liaison with families, guardians, and support coordinators. Respond to audits, licensing inspections, reportable incidents, emergencies, call-off's and critical incidents.

Associate's degree in Human Services or a related field is required; Bachelor's degree preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Pennsylvania ODP residential services is required. Strong, working knowledge of Pennsylvania ODP Chapter 6400 regulations is required. Candidates must be able to independently interpret and apply Chapter 6400 requirements to staffing, documentation, incident management, and daily operations. This position is not appropriate for candidates who are unfamiliar with Chapter 6400 or who would require basic training in ODP residential regulations. Candidates without strong prior ODP Regulations experience need not apply. Additional Requirements Valid Pennsylvania driver's license. CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain). Medication Administration Certification (preferred).

Pay:

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
