Job Description
This Opportunity WSP USA is seeking a
- Lead Consultant, Ports and Marine Engineering
- to join our
- National Maritime Practice Group
- Required Qualifications
- + Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, from ABET accredited program; Registered Professional Engineer licensure (multi-state preferred) + 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in engineering discipline with demonstration of marine project-specific design experience (including rehabilitation and new design).
- Preferred Qualifications
- + Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited program with 10 plus years of post-education design experience in ports and marine structures.
MOTEMS, ASCE
COPRI, PIANC, etc) as well as Department of Defense (UFC, UFGC) criteria. + Demonstrated experience with LSDYNA and or other related engineering software. + A member of and/or actively participate in local and or global professional practice organizations. + Experience with marine, port, and coastal construction laws, codes, regulations, and compliance practices + Demonstrated experience with field investigation and/or construction support experience for port and marine structures. + Additional positions available for individuals holding a commercial dive license (ADCI or DCBC) in addition to the qualifications above. Expected Salary (all locations): $90,000- $140,000 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
