In this pivotal role, you will oversee the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of heavy-duty diesel equipment, including trucks, industrial machinery, and farm equipment. Duties Lead and supervise a team of technicians in diagnosing and repairing diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, suspension systems, and air brake systems on our fleet of trucks and trailers. Handle organization and tracking of POs Organize the shop workload for the shop technicians Be able to order parts for the shop Work well with the Shop Service Manager on leadership tasks Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical tractor- and trailer-related issues using standard testing procedures and computer diagnostic equipment. Requirements Must have a valid driver's license Preferred ability to obtain a Class B license Technical or advanced degree or 3-5 years of equivalent maintenance experience Familiarity with troubleshooting equipment repairs and maintenance with diagnostic tools and equipment such as
JPRO, OEM
