Lead Direct Support Professional - Full-Time

We are currently seeking a team member to fill our Lead Direct Support Professional position: Applicants must: Must be an eligible driver for RRHSF (at least 25 years old, valid driver's license, & driven for 5+ years) and have a reliable, insured vehicle Motivated to teach Be dependable and reliable Assist people with disabilities to be independent in their activities of daily living Attend staff meetings Be able to effectively communicate with team members Demonstrate ability to approach challenging situations with a calm approach Provide different levels of support to people with disabilities to meet their needs Provide training and oversight to other DSP's Assist Residential Coordinator with administrative duties, including medication, record audits, financial audits, data audits, and other duties as assigned Pass medications and assist with medication training of other staff Have a positive attitude and be self-directed Applicants should be Comfortable assisting with personal cares (toileting, bathing) Comfortable with possible behaviors (therapeutic intervention training provided) AND Should enjoy participating in community activities as well as in home leisure time activities

Hours:

Must be able to work evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and days. The typical schedule will be Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm, every other holiday, & on-call rotation. Great Benefits Package! Medical Dental Vison Paid Time Off Profit Sharing
