In this dynamic role, you will lead a team of electricians, coordinate with project managers, and ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Your expertise in construction management and electrical systems will drive project success while maintaining the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects, mentor team members, and contribute to the efficient delivery of large-scale construction initiatives. Duties Lead and supervise electrical installation teams on construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification Coordinate daily activities with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project timelines and budgets Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes Oversee quality control measures, ensuring all electrical systems meet safety regulations and industry standards such as OSHA Manage procurement of materials and tools, including electrical components and specialized equipment like ohmmeters Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Primavera for scheduling, budgeting, and documentation Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and address any issues promptly Requirements Proven experience as a Lead Electrician or Foreman with extensive construction site experience in electrical projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, blueprint reading, and construction estimating Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 (Primavera), HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Supervising experience managing teams of electricians or tradespeople on large-scale projects Ability to read technical schematics and use testing equipment such as ohmmeters effectively Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety Excellent project management skills including scheduling (Project scheduling), budgeting (Construction budgeting), and quality control Valid electrician's license or certification as required by local jurisdiction; additional certifications in construction management or safety are a plus Join us to lead innovative electrical projects that shape the future of construction!
