• Hello Sugar (Whitefish Bay) Hello Sugar is hiring an experienced Wax Specialist to help lead the hottest new sugaring + waxing salon in downtown Whitefish Bay.

What You'll Do:

Perform full-body waxing and sugaring services (including Brazilians for all genders) Lead and support a team of estheticians Help train and mentor new hires (we provide advanced sugaring + waxing training) Educate clients on proper skincare and aftercare Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment Support inventory management Build and retain a loyal clientele Promote memberships and retail products

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Esthetician Experienced in waxing (sugaring experience is a plus—we'll train you) Natural leader with a positive, team-first attitude Strong communication and client relationship skills Detail-oriented and reliable Comfortable working with all body types and genders
