Lead Framer

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Lead Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage, read plans, and complete residential framing projects with quality craftsmanship and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Lead framing on residential projects Read and interpret construction plans Frame additions, decks, screen porches, 3-season rooms, roofs, and other residential structures Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site Maintain a clean and organized jobsite Train and guide crew members when needed Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely

Qualifications:

Strong framing and carpentry experience required Leadership experience preferred Ability to read and understand plans and layouts Valid driver's license required Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions Strong work ethic, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with residential construction projects preferred
